The facilities and features are almost identical to Latchi Gold VillasThe main difference is that when booking Platinum you are booking a front row villa so they have better views and a few of them have the odd extra like a bath tub and on average are slightly nicer, 

 The villa are modern contemporary and to a high standard with furnishings selected with assistance from the celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and private grounds.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom. There is also a spacious balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining and a variety of plants and trees.

These villas are the perfect retreat located in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus with unrivalled scenery.

Latchi's once tiny fishing harbour has been transformed into a modern marina, but it's still kept its laid back charm. Old stone fronted fish warehouses have been turned into restaurants, tavernas, shops and places of recreation.
